Wednesday - Karate Club/Pilates

Thursday - Teams play home matches and courts are heavily used from 5pm onwards.

Friday -  Open session from 16:30,.

Saturday - Junior coaching and club cleaning in the morning, Open afternoon starts at 13:15 and runs to 6pm

Sunday - Open session from 8pm , no bookings available via the pub.
